Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your order before it is dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that jewelry, beauty products, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Yes, OAK + FORT ships to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

How do I care for my OAK + FORT garments?

To maintain the longevity of our pieces, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the inner garment tag. Most of our knitwear and delicate fabrics benefit from hand washing or professional dry cleaning.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. You may return the items once they have been delivered.
