At OAK + FORT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
